For compositing the streets part of the film I want to composite the footage to make it look an early 90s video game.  this should mean adding scan lines, maybe some RGB shift and maybe blowing out the colour a bit.  The plan is to keep this look on Max, even when he is in the sheep’s world.  Below is some useful reference from the Kung Fury video game.
